When someone posts negative press about you on the internet, that is their opinion and it is protected by freedom of speech. Whatever website that they post the negative press on, will not remove the comments unless the posts violates the law. If they regulate the comments then they are taking on liability and it is no longer free speech. Therefore, they are not going to remove the content because you do not like it. So what is the answer?
What we need to do is create new positive information that is stronger than the negative ones. We can create a whole P.R. campaign and create the kind of press that you are looking for and try and push the negative press down as many pages as possible.
How Do I Get Bad Remarks Removed On The Internet?
In most cases, the only way to get remarks removed about you is on the internet is to either gain the cooperation of the party that has put that on the internet, and get them to remove them. The other way is through litigation (in my opinion) . We currently do not know of any other way to have the bad P.R. removed.
What is the best way to gain the cooperation of the person who put the remarks on the internet? Let's make one thing clear; there is a reason that someone took the time to place bad remarks on the internet about you to begin with. It does not matter if you think you are right and they are wrong. If we are going to gain their cooperation and get that stuff removed by them, then we need to figure out what it is going to take to solve their problem. There is a percentage of people who will never cooperate with you so keep that in mind. Some people just are so vengeful that they will never on their own remove those comments.
For the ones who we can get a resolve from, we need to get down to what it will take to remove those comments. We need to come to a compromise with them. In a disagreement, we have learned there are 2 sides to the story, and then there is a third called the truth. Make sure that you are not emotional and that you focus on the resolve needed.
